Vocations Week

Celebrating the church’s birthday

We dressed up in our party clothes and had a little party to celebrate the church’s birthday. We really enjoyed playing party games.

Crowning of Mary

We made lilies from clay and painted them for Our Lady. We then placed them around her on the alter as part of our crowning of Mary celebration. Miss Holt made a crown of flowers for Mary.

PC Christmas visit

We had a lovely afternoon with PC Christmas who came to talk to us about the police. We loved getting to try on the uniform and see inside the car. He even put the lights and sirens on for us!

Think Tank Trip - British Science Week

As part of ‘British Science Week’ we went on a whole school trip to the Think-tank science museum in Birmingham. We had a fantastic time!

We had a lovely day with our visiting author Gareth P Jones. He read and sang us some of his songs and then we were able to get some of his booked signed

Orchestra of the Swan visit

As part of our Warwick a Singing Town, we had a visit from Orchestra of the Swan. We had a lovely afternoon listening to their instruments and singing together

Remembrance Day

The Chaplaincy Team led us in a collective worship about Remembrance Day.

Twycross Zoo

We had a lovely trip to see the animals at Twycross Zoo,

God’s Planet Theatre Day

Today we enjoyed talking and learning about ‘God’s Planet’ and how we need to take care of it. We took part in a theatre day with Rise Theatre and in our classroom talk about how we can help stop rubbish going into our oceans.
